Terms of Service

By using this website or hiring me for design services, you agree to the following terms. These terms define how we work together — transparently, fairly, and professionally. I'm Will, a freelance digital designer operating under Create With Will, based in Barcelona, Spain.
1. Services
Create With Will provides digital design services including but not limited to brand identity, web design, visual content, and social media design. The specific scope of work for each project is agreed upon before any work begins and is documented in a project proposal or agreement.
2. Project agreements and payment
All projects require a signed agreement and a deposit before work begins. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in the project proposal. Final deliverables are only released upon receipt of full payment. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
3. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery of each design phase.
4. Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the final agreed deliverables. Create With Will retains the right to display the work in a portfolio, on this website, and on social media unless otherwise agreed in writing. Preliminary designs, concepts, and unused work remain the property of Create With Will.
5. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and all necessary materials (such as logos, images, and copy) required for the project. Delays caused by late feedback or missing materials may affect the project timeline and are not the responsibility of Create With Will.
6. Cancellations
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced at the agreed hourly or project rate, minus the deposit already paid. Create With Will reserves the right to cancel a project if the client fails to provide necessary materials or feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Limitation of liability
Create With Will is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables or services provided. The total liability of Create With Will in any matter is limited to the total fees paid for the project in question.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a project engagement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
